Alubnaniah lil Ilam SAL was founded in 2006. It is headed by Roy Hachem and owns the license to broadcast OTV. In 2017, it was granted a license to raise its capital from 750,000,000 LBP (about 500 000 US$) to 4,800,000,000 LBP (about 3,533,000 US$) and its shares from 30,000 to 192,000. Current and new shareholders were also allowed to subscribe.
